These Terms & Conditions govern all treatments and services provided by Dr H Medical Aesthetics (“we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking or receiving a treatment, you agree to these terms.

General Information

All treatments are carried out by a qualified medical professional. Our clinic operates in compliance with UK aesthetics regulations and medical safety standards. Treatments offered include, but are not limited to:

  • Dermal Fillers
  • Skin Boosters
  • Anti-Wrinkle Injections (botulinum toxin)
  • Advanced Facial Treatments
  • Polynucleotides (including Nucleofill and Lumi Eyes)
  • Medical Microneedling
  • PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
  • Cryotherapy for lesions and blemishes

Treatments are non-surgical and results may vary between individuals.

Consultations

  • All new clients must attend a consultation before treatment.

  • Consultations include a medical history review to ensure suitability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you.

 

Medical Suitability

– Certain treatments may not be suitable if you have allergies (e.g. fish/shellfish for Polynucleotides), specific medical conditions, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.

– It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information, current medications, and allergies prior to treatment.

– Failure to disclose accurate information may result in cancellation of the treatment and forfeiture of fees.

Pricing & Payment

– All prices are in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

– Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or prior to treatment.

– We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfer.

Deposits & Cancellations

– A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

– Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

– Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

Treatment Results & Aftercare

– Results vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, age, and lifestyle.

– We do not guarantee identical results to any reference images provided.

– You must follow aftercare instructions provided for best results and to reduce risk of complications.

– Any concerns or side effects should be reported to us immediately.

Risks & Side Effects

– All treatments carry potential risks, including (but not limited to) redness, swelling, bruising, and tenderness at the injection site.

– More serious complications are rare but may include infection, allergic reaction, or vascular occlusion.

–  By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and accept these risks.

Age Restrictions

– We do not provide aesthetic treatments to anyone under the age of 18.

– Proof of age may be required before treatment.

 

Refund Policy

– Treatments are non-refundable once performed.

– Refunds are not given for dissatisfaction with results, as these are subjective and can vary between individuals.

– In the unlikely event of a service issue, we will assess and may offer a corrective treatment at our discretion.

 

Privacy & Data Protection

– We collect and store your personal and medical information in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

– Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Photography & Marketing

– Before and after photographs may be taken for your medical record.

– With your consent, these images may be used for marketing purposes.

– No images will be used without your explicit permission.
